This series consists of case files relating to complaints originally filed with the Government Contracts Division but not acted upon because of the completion of the contract in question. Such cases were turned over to the Compliance Division. A typical file contains the original letter of complaint; correspondence of the Division with the complainant, the respondent, the government agency awarding the contract, and the appropriate code authority; and correspondence of the Compliance Division with its field offices concerning the disposition of the case.
